1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with Westchester Garage Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Services

We provide professional garage cleaning, organizing, and related services in Westchester County, NY. Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change; prices in effect at time of booking apply to that booking.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed immediately upon submission. We ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, crew availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.

4. Payment

Payment is due on the day of service. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and cash. No online payment is required to book. Failure to provide payment on the day of service may result in suspension of future booking privileges.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to (a) provide accurate information at time of booking; (b) ensure access to the garage on the scheduled date; (c) remove or identify items of high value or sentimental importance prior to service; and (d) notify us of any hazardous materials, pests, or other conditions that may affect the safety of our crew.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of job completion and we will arrange a complimentary return visit to address any concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the price paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items damaged due to their own structural weakness or instability. Please see our Liability Disclaimer for full details.

8. Photography

Our crew may take before and after photographs of your garage for quality control and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your photos to be used publicly, please notify us in writing before the appointment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, NY.
