Insurance
Westchester Garage Co. is fully insured for general liability. We carry coverage appropriate to the services we provide. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for damage to property that existed prior to our service visit, including but not limited to: cracked or stained floors, damaged walls, corroded shelving, or structural weaknesses in storage systems. Our crew will document the condition of your garage before beginning work.
Items of Value
We strongly recommend removing or securing fragile items, electronics, collectibles, jewelry, cash, and other valuables before our crew arrives. While we exercise care with all items, Westchester Garage Co. is not liable for damage to unsecured items of high value or sentimental significance.
Property Damage During Service
In the event that our crew causes damage to your property during service, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of job completion. We will investigate all claims promptly. Verified claims within the scope of our insurance coverage will be handled through our insurance provider. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the price paid for the service in question, except where covered by our insurance policy.
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing services carry inherent risk to surfaces, paint, seals, and materials not designed to withstand high-pressure water. By booking our Premium service or adding pressure washing, you acknowledge this risk and confirm that your garage surfaces are suitable for pressure washing treatment. We are not liable for damage to surfaces that are compromised, improperly sealed, or otherwise unsuitable for pressure washing.
Junk Hauling
Once items are removed from your property as part of our junk hauling add-on, they are considered discarded. We cannot retrieve or return items after removal. Please identify all items for removal clearly before work begins.
